Due to the high rotation speed, LUMBERJACL is extremely good at roots removal, but it can also be used to cut concrete, grease, mineral deposits, intruding connections, chemical sediments. Thanks to the low torque, the risk of a blockage, of damage or twisting the pipe is minimized.
All the fittings for the LUMBERJACK nozzles are designed to prevent damage to the pipelines.
All the bearings are sealed, lubricated and cooled with water: this makes the LUMBERJACK nozzles almost with no need for maintenance; it is not mandatory to lubricate after each use. The replacement of the bearings is very rare and it depends on the usage of the nozzle; according to this the estimated duration of the nozzle is ranging from 7 to 15 years.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The LUMBERJACK nozzles have a rotation speed ranging from 10.000 to 50.000 rounds per minute, with flow values from 40 to 950 lt/min, at the various working pressure.
Every model is fitted with barium chains for the different sizes, and they can be configured with optional tools for the most challenging applications. Each nozzle has a thrust body and most of them are equipped with a frontal eye bolt for the pulling from the upstream nozzle.
The LUMBERJACK nozzles are avaible in several models with different sizes and working range.
FITTINGS
Each LUMBERJACK nozzle is equipped with a turbine, a feeding tube, front plate for the chains and the eye bolt, chains, centralizers, chain sets according to different sizes, thrust nozzle, toolbox.
MAINTENANCE
The LUMBERJACK nozzles do not need to be lubricated after each use.
WARRANTY
The nozzles are covered by a one-year warranty for manufacturing, material and labor defects and bearing replacement.
